Defer an update to an interaction
Parameters
- interaction: MessageComponentInteraction
  The interaction object
- deferOptions: InteractionDeferUpdateOptions
  The options for deferring the update
Returns Promise<void>
A promise that resolves after the update is deferred

Throws
An error if the interaction is not provided
